YOUNG COMPOSERS PROGRAM – taught composition to over 600 elementary, middle, and high school students, most from vulnerable populations

RIVER CITY DRUM CORPS CD production – for Louisville's premiere youth African drumming group

WAITING FOR DAYLIGHT – large-scale composition about domestic violence for soprano and orchestra – produced from interviews with women in prison for killing their abusers

THE MOUSEWIFE – chamber opera for children that teaches about tolerance and overcoming self-imposed limitations

OTHER COMPOSITIONS FOR THE PARTNERS – two works for middle level band and orchestra and a solo piano work for New Performing Arts
