Sweet Madness – A new band on the Mississippi Gulf Coast brings together four high level musicians whose infectious passion for feeling, expression, and groove spans diverse styles and moods, including soul, rock, pop, funk, new country, and a touch of symphonic edge, whether it’s Sam and Dave, Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, the Meters, Chris Stapleton, Marcus King, or more. Sweet Madness consists of electric cello, drums, bass, and keyboards.

Three of the group’s members grew up on the coast: Terry Allen, Johnny Hedman, and Steve Rouse. The fourth member, Eva Rouse, is a Kentucky girl.
Steve Rouse, keyboard and vocals – Grew up playing many instruments but specialized in keyboards. Spent many years doing studio arranging, keyboard sessions, and creating advertising music in the Detroit area.
Eva Rouse, electric cello and vocals – A professional cellist who is equally at home in both the symphonic and pop worlds. Has played in orchestral concerts, musicals, tribute band shows, and string quartets.
Johnny Hedman, electric bass – Toured extensively throughout the country and has played casino shows on the coast, including The American Superstar Show (Grand Casino) and The Legends in Concert Show (Imperial Palace). Former member of The Beat Daddys, who were active in shows and clubs.
Terry Allen, drums – Toured throughout the Southeast, recording at Sun Studios in Memphis and studios in Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. With the group, Storm, shared billing with Charlie Daniels, Ted Nugent, Rod Stewart, Cactus, Rufus, and others.
